2. Technological process of production
pay off→ degreasing → furance and water patenting→water cooling→
pickling → water rinsing → plating assistance → drying → hot dip
galvanizing →N2 wiping → take up
3. Main process introduction
Degreasing: remove the uneven soap powder and borax, and paint a layer of
soap powder and borax on the surface of bright steel wire, so that
the surface coating of steel wire is more uniform.
Furance and water patenting: make the deformation hardening steel wire to restore the
ductility, and obtain the ideal microstructure to meet the cost of
steel wire in tensile strength, shape, elongation and other
requirements.
Pickling: remove all oxides on the surface of the wires.
Water rinsing: it is a very important step in hot dip galvanizing, prevent iron
ions from the surface of the pipes into the zinc pot, too much iron
ions will cause zinc ash, zinc slag too much production.
Plating assistance: activate the surface of steel parts, improve the quality of
galvanized, it directly affects the quality of coating .
Drying: dry the surface of the wire and improve the temperature of the
wire itself, to prevent zinc splashing..
Hot dip galvanizing: the molten zinc reacts with the iron matrix to produce an alloy
layer, so that the matrix and the coating are combined.
N2 wiping:nitrogen is blown to the surface of the steel wire by an air
knife, which can smooth the zinc layer on the surface of the steel
wire. Meanwhile, the weight of the zinc layer can be adjusted by
controlling the nitrogen pressure.
