Product Description

straightening rollers(one in vertical and one in horizontal), go
into one pair of flattening rollers to form flatten wire(the
distance between two flattening wire can be adjusted according to
actual size need). Then be cut and punched into required shape type
single wire, meanwhile be sticked together by A+B glue, then get
induction heating and blowing drying, then cut into required length
of staple.

shape type single wire, meanwhile be sticked together by tapes,
then cut into required length of C ring.
For sizes less than C30, machine structure is same, for different
wire diameter need to exchange railways. For size no less than C30,
machine power is different, for different wire diameter need to
exchange railways.
