*Our Butt welding machine can be used to weld high-carbow steel wire, medium-carbon steel wire, low-carbon steel wire, stainless steel wire, alloy steel wire and on-ferrous metal, copper alloy line, aluminum alloy line and other similar materials.

*STY series Butt Welders with dual upset method, the success rate of welding is 100%. Welded joint are compact and without porosity, especially suitable for wire rod.

*Rigid and long-lasting construction for tough working conditions.

*Abt 100 per cent strenth of the weld.

*Automatic deburring most of the burr, easy to polishing the welded joint.

*Welding, keeping and annealing output are controlled by micro-computer(PLC&MMI), easy and quick operation by unskilled labour.

*Annealing device is included in each standard machine, and the annealing distance can be adjusted. The annealing prosedd is controlled by push button or infrared temperture probe.
