I. Product Description
Combined drawing lines for round, square, hexagonal, and
special-shaped bars. Starting from safe loading of the uncoiler
through to the finished bar bundle, our engineers ensure your line
components are perfectly tailored to your specific requirements.
Depending on your application, you can choose from two types of
continuous drawing systems: conventional cam-type drawing machines
and chain track drawing machines.

flying shears, straightening and polishing machines, bar end
processing units, and inspection equipment. You can also integrate
other systems for descaling, packaging, etc.
1.1 Vertical Uncoiler
It consists of a vertical feeding rack and a traction mechanism.
a. The vertical discharge rack is composed of a support seat, a
rotating mechanism, a material rack, and a hydraulic system. Can be
tilted 90 degrees.
b. The traction mechanism consists of a material clip device, a
traction mechanism, an active pressing wheel, a stopper wheel and a
hydraulic system. The material is gripped and pulled by the
traction mechanism to the driving roller.

stopper wheel material: Cr12MoV; pressure roller motor power: 4Kw

1.2. Pre-straightening machine
The pre-straightening machine which before the shot blasting
machine consists of a well-shaped guide frame, a pinch wheel, a
horizontal straightening unit and a vertical straightening unit.
Horizontal straightening unit and vertical straightening unit are
distributed in 3/4 without power. The material of the straightening
wheel is Cr12MoV with surface hardening treatment, and the hardness
is HRC58-62.
1.3. Initial straightening machine
The Initial straightening machine consists of a well-shaped guide
frame, a pinch wheel, a horizontal straightening unit and a
vertical straightening unit. Horizontal straightening unit and
vertical straightening unit are distributed in 3/4 without power.
The material of the straightening wheel is Cr12MoV with surface
hardening treatment, and the hardness is HRC58-62.
1.4. Automatic extrusion machine
The head squeezing machine is composed of 2 oil cylinders, a
clamping trolley, a hydraulic station, and a fuselage. The clamping
trolley clamps the blank, and then the cylinder is pushed by two
oil cylinders to squeeze the blank into the mold.
