1. Description of Automatic High Speed Inverted Wire Drawing Machine For Steel Wire
The inverted wire drawing machine is suitable for drawing various
metal round wires and flat wires. Its main features are applicable
to the continuous production process requirements of large circle
diameter and large-disc heavy wire. The equipment has reliable
performance, easy control and easy maintenance. Advantage of this equipment is low noise, stable transmission, high
output efficiency, easy operation and maintenance. Machine frame
and box body of this machine is welded by good steel plage and
steel channel, compact structure and good strength.
The equipment consists of main reduction box,die casing,wheel
frame,sash brace and electrical control system.The spinning drawing
blocks are driven by motor,with gear coupling runs changeful gears
to reduce speed. The drawing blocks are vertically fixed in sealed
box body.The gear pair are lubricated with oil. We adopt high quality hard-teeth gearbox, the gear carburizing and
quenching, gear surface grinding, surface hardness HRC58-62. The
gearbox has higher transmission efficiency and has no oil leak.Motors come with drives for A.C frequency conversion timing for
speed control.
The set of the machines is an ideal equipment for drawing wire
stock of high,medium and carbon steel,as well as coper,alumium and
alloy.The machine are applied for drawing wire in the
factories,such as welding wire mesh factor, auto fastener factory
etc.
Machine can be designed according to the location of placement in
client's workshop and die box placement can be done accordingly.
Height of the machine can be designed according to client's
requirements.
