Wire Mesh Welding Machine For Manufacture Mesh In High Speed is
mainly used for the bending of welding mesh into V shape client
want. Chief machine body use steel plates for integral welding,
have vibration ageing treatment, have enough strength and rigidity.
The hydraulic pressure system and electric control system all adopt
products from famous brand in China. The synchronization mechanism
for slider adopts torsion shaft for forced balance, which is stable
and reliable. Oil circuit integration type hydraulic pressure
system is used, which can reduce the pipeline installation times
and have simple and good outlook. This machine use large gantry
planer, miller and boring mill for machining to ensure the
machining precision of each part.
Applied pressure and electricity to warp wire and latitude wire to
form the welding point.
1) The service life of upper contact spring under rated load is
more than 10000000 times.
2) The main motor adopts 11KW frequency control motor to ensure the
welding pressure and speed.
3) Using precision casting threading slot, modular installation
with the electrode to ensure the accuracy of the mesh.
4) Threading slot with a flexible lifting function, effectively
reduce the wear of the electrode block and extend the electrode
life.
5) Equipped with latitude line detection device to ensure that the
horizontal line of silk position accurate.
6) The power of per transformer for welding is 125KVA, with cooling
water circulation and temperature control switch to prevent the
transformer burned.
7) Electrode block uses hardness HRB ≥78, conductivity ≥50MS/m
chrome zirconium copper, specifications for the 35*35*35mm cube,
and the working surface can be used interchangeably to improve the
electrode block utilization.
8) The electrode holder adopts conductivity ≥56MS/m T2 copper, with
cooling circuit, extending the working life of electrode.
9) Electrode wire uses T2 copper, made by hot forming process to
ensure the quality of welding.
10) The plug of cooling circuit is stainless steel quick plug
connector, convenient and quickly for machine changing.
