Pay off → Wire arranging→ Mechanical descaling→ Horizontal type wire drawing and forming machine → Vertical and horizontal straightening → Three roll clamping and driving→ Cleaning unit →Heating No.1 →Heating No.2 →Heating No.3 → Heat Preservation → Cooling for Quenching → Induction Tempering → Heat Preservation →Cooling for Tempering →Three roll clamping and driving → Shearing → Wire separating → Wire take-up

III. Application scope
PC steel bar has the features of high strength tenacity, low relaxation and good weldability, and widely used for tubular pile, viaduct pier, railway sleeper, etc.

IV. Technical features
1) Optimal design of inductor, not only with high heating efficiency but also realize fast replace of indctor.
2) The four sets of induction heating power supply unit has features of tempeature tracking control, precise temperature control, fast heating speed and low electricity consumption.
3) Use aluminum material sealed cabinet to realize electromagnetic shielding and suitable for the bad environment at site.
