Productivity wire processing machine .
The wet type wire drawing machines which are produced by our
company have absorbed pith from other companies in the same
industry both at home and abroad. The configuration of wire drawing
machine according to the different finished steel wire. It makes us
in the leading position of concerning the product characteristics
for clients. This machine is professional for drawing low carbon,
medium carbon and high carbon steel wire. This machine is composed
of gearbox, motor, control cabinet, capstan, die box etc.
Advantage of this equipment is stable transmission, high output
efficiency, easy operation. Machine frame and box body of this
machine is welded by good steel plage and steel channel, compact
structure and good strength.
This machine adopt B type triangular belt and synchronous toothed
belt pulley as auxiliary transmission, three inverter, PLC control,
centralized control pay-off with touch screen, flatting machine and
take-up, digital control of the whole machine.
Driven motor of this machine is Y series 4 KW motor, it is driven
by a triangular belt to the flattening machine to realize
flattening. Flatting machine adopt water cooling and compulsory air
cooling, during continuous production operation, the roller is
equipped with water tank, and the roller cooling is realized by
circulating of electric pump and the inlet and outlet water pipes
to ensure that the temperature is over high, which affects the
normal production of the flat wire production. Rollers of this
machine is made of hard alloy and durable in use.
Wet wire drawing machines are slip drawing machines which are
designed for drawing of high-strength steel wire, stainless steel
wire and wire of non-ferrous metals.
The desired quality of the wire and a economic lifetime of the
drawing tool are reached due to a diameter reduction per draft that
is adequate to the tensile strength of the wire as well as a
straight guiding of the wire through the drawing dies. The metal
abrasive wear settling in front of the drawing die is washed away
by the highly intense direct cooling. This separate device allows
for a reliable lubrication of the drawing dies and a good heat
exhaust from this area.
