Instruction for use of Manual test pump
1. Before use, fill the water tank with medium (it is forbidden to
use unclean medium containing sediment and other debris), and
tighten the pressure switch.
2. Pull the handle, the plunger does not block in the movement, so
that the medium flows out from the working nozzle, and then connect
the nozzle to the tested container, so that the tested container is
full of medium, and it can be used.
3. It is forbidden to carry out the test exceeding the rated
pressure specified by the pump.
4. The force should be stable and not knocked.
What is Hydrotest pump?
Hydro test pumps are common procedure used to check fluid pressure
vessel, such as, cylinders, boiler, tubes pipe, valves, castings,
components etc.. Hydro testing is also a common testing procedure
to verify pressure vessels do not leak or have manufacturing flaws.
How does a hydrostatic test pump work?
Hydrostatic testing is done to see if pipes have any leakage. The
way it works is by first pumping water into a closed pipeline. Once
the system is shut and locked you can test for any leakage in the
pipeline. Many pumps are Honda powered and have been pre-tested and
serviced to make sure they are ready to be used.
