Working principle of threading machine
Installation
1. Check if all parts and accessories are in good condition
including tool bag, oil, tooth, tooth holder and support legs.
2. Lift the device and fix the legs, then tighten the screws of the
legs evenly
The back head should be slightly higher than the hammer head to
ensure the cooling oil flow.
3. Clean the oil from the teething and add some grease to the
places of movement.
4. Make sure the machine is working properly before starting and
make sure the oil is pumped.
5. Install each moving part when you want to move the machine to
another work area. The dental head must be locked in place, and a
short tube placed in the head.
Operation manual
1. Catch tubes
1) Expand the thread head to enter the tubes from the compressor
shaft side.
2) At first close the rear head, then close the front head to catch
the tubes, check the three jaws of the head from the front head and
on normal use, jerk the knocking head toward yourself to lock the
tube.
3) Move the front head in the opposite direction to unscrew the
tube after completion.
4) If you are using a short tube so that it does not reach the back
jaw, just insert the tube towards the head of the teeth and lock it
with the teeth, then insert the supporting head to fix the tube.
2. Teething
1) Lift the cutter out of the way and bring the tooth head into the
working position.
2) Turn on the switch to make the machine work. Apply pressure to
the sliding handle until three or four threads are cut. Then
release the sliding handle, the normal teething will be cut off
automatically. When an appropriate amount of placements are cut.
3. Tube cutting
1) Put the pipe cutter in the working position.
2) Turn the sliding handle to make the pipe cutter to the point you
want to cut.
3) Turn the cutter handle tightly.
4) Turn on the switch. Then turn the cutter handle slowly and
tightly as it cuts from the tubes.
5) After cutting the tubes, release the cutter handle and raise the
tube cutter.
4. Enlargement
1) Make the lathe head in the working position.
2) Lock the lathe head.
3) Turn on the switch. Adjust the slide knob to bring the lathe
head into the tubes.
4) Cut off the electricity. Return the lathe head to its normal
position
